    note: "open floor" = practice on your own, no instructor

    All sessions are held in the Dogwood Room at the Winding River POC.

    Taijiquan (Tai Chi) & Qigong Training

    Take a deep-dive into Qigong and TAIJIQUAN.  This class delivers a focused, progressive learning experience. You will learn Qigong practice and Taijiquan 'empty-hand' and weapons forms. Practice and Learn at your own pace. The program is a blend of practices that provides a unique and continuous learning experience. 

    Class meets on Tuesday at 2pm.
    Registration is required. Cost $80 Monthly.
