Qi Gong

Qigong (pronounced “chee gung”) – Sihing Frank teaches a variety of qigong forms and practice. A regular qigong practice can strengthen the immune system, increase strength and flexibility, improve balance and coordination, relieve stress, revitalize the spirit, balance the emotions, energize the mind and sharpen your focus.

Sihing Frank teaches a variety of qigong forms and practice including the Golden Gates, Eight Brocades, Five Animals and Five Elements and Healing Sounds. Advanced Forms and Practice include neigong, Yin Jin Jing, Iron Palm and Iron Wire.
